Right now, I'm doing ok diet wise.
I've let go of diet soda's again
Watch my sodium intake cause it retains water
trying to eat lean proteins, sensible carbs and watch all fats.
Instead of eating my favorite big ass cinnamon bagels in the morning I only have a mini now with low sugar preserve and natural peanut butter.
Trying not to eat too late, but its hard since I'm working extra hours and still hitting the gym afterwards.
I'm eating at least 6 times a day/smaller meals...which revs up the metabolism
Trying to only have 1 "award" day where I can eat anything I want - when I want, but sometimes it happens more often than I would like.
Diet and rest is the hardest part of it for me. Its so easy to just grab something and go, but since I've been more aware of the foods out there and how they are prepared plus whats in them has helped me stay away from a lot of things that were bad for me but taste soo good.
Man, that sound so stressful. I wouldn't know where to begin.
I have cut out soda and fast food from my diet and I've incresed my veg intake.
Im trying to get a little more defined and it's so hard...ugh!
