Worked out did allot of cardio. Change my eating habits Baked Fish Baked Chicken Vegetables Fruit. I use to drink bout a 6 pack regular soda a day stop drinking regular soda replace it with allot of water. I drink one Diet soda a day now.

This may sound like an excuse but I really think I gained weight duue to the stress of my job. I think I weigh more now than I ever have. I go to the gym but i'm not as consistant as I should be. Last week I didn't go at all. I wanna get to the point where I go twice a day. In the morning and before they close@ night-Granted I am off. But I am determined to get rid of atleast 15lbs. I think i'd be on point. My ideal weight is 170...some people may say that's still too much for my height but I don't wannna be thin, I just wanna be nice and toned...minimal stomach and toned arms and chest.

Don't stress yourself so much. Be patient, cut back, work out at least 2 or 3 times a week..Don't kill or punish yourself it'll happen just be committed. If you slip up no biggie it's not the end of the world tomorrow is a new day.. maryluvs_smile.gif

Well I been going as much as I can. I went 3 times this week and 4 times last week. I know it'll take a few more weeks b4 I see improvements though!
