How do yall feel about them? Are you scared to use them because you think they may cause Cancer? Is it safer to use regular sugar?

I use Splenda. I don't worry about any cancerous effects from it since it comes from sugarcane as well.

That's what I use, but I have "heard" that some reports show that there is evidence of it causing tumors\cancer, but there are also reports that show that it does not. I usually only use one packet whenever I have coffee. I guess there is no harm in it unless you use a lot of it.

I thought Splenda was made with the same chemical components of Sugar, but isn't really sugar?

I had some Splenda in my Tea Friday, and it gave it this fake sweet taste. I thought we were out of real sugar, but it was in the cupboard above the station.

Unless you are seriously diabetic, real sugar is fine to use in moderation. It abuse of the stuff that makes people sick and fat.

I never use the sweeteners. I've been thinking about the cancer concern, but the real reason is they mostly have a funny, not so good taste that you can feel in your drink. I always use real sugar or honey with my tea, but then again I dont drink tea to often. I mainly drink coffee and sugar can only spoil it.
