well i have 296 unlabeled shoes , dating back to 1996 , 84 boots and 23 designer shoes ..... i also have a old Victorian shoe dating back to 1856 (i don't wear it , it's in a glass box on display in the shoe room)
Now the reason i have all these shoes is because i do not , never ever throw shoes away , and some have been given to me by my mother and aunties..... i always find that the shoe will never change , just the heel and toe will , so i tend to always settle for the classic tip 4.5 heeled pump or the round tip.
Because i have so many shoes, i never wear them out hense not throwing them away and it always seems that i'm wearing new shoes. I have them all packed in colour order with a photo on the box and last date worn, i had shelves built in so i can keep tabs on my heeled friends and know exactly how many i have and when they were last worn.
Shoes and clothes are a passion to me so i buy thease things for myself as a treat and they all have memories of why i bought them or given .... when i gave birth to my daughter i bought myself shoes and the trend goes on
it's also just a hobbie to me too
