I recently joined the Y. Went to work out Tuesday. Going in tomorrow, get in about an hour of workout time.
As far as eating....I'm checking out this Special K Diet, eating a bowl for breakfast, and one for lunch. In between snacks vary from a cup of yogurt, Cinnamon bagel with lite cream cheese, or half a cup of fruit cocktail. Drinking TONS of water, and taking my butt to bed on time. It's been working so far. Hopefully I can keep it up!
